Each product will be sent before inspection. If you find that the product is obviously damaged after receiving the goods, please contact us immediately.
Factors such as shooting light, camera or computer display may cause chromatic aberration, and it is normal for the actual and photo to be slightly different. The reduced price goods are not refundable.
Applications for return of goods must be submitted by email at email@example.com within 2 working days from the date of receipt.
Please include your name, order number, item name, reason for return, and photo of the problem item on the email.
The return of the goods must be unused, brand new and returned with all labels, accessories and original packaging.
Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted. Customers can make an appointment to return to the company or return it by post. The mailing fee must be paid by the customers.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on returns and exchanges.
